Available in two sizes and a vegan alternative, The Cheesemaker's Kit has everything you'll need to create a variety of delicious cheeses in your own kitchen.

The Cheesemaker's Kit contains

- Cheesemaking ingredients for 20 litres of cheese
- Vegetarian rennet
- Digital thermometer
- Reusable muslin cheesecloth 
- Disposable gloves
- Mozzarella, chèvre (goat's cheese) and mascarpone recipe cards

All you'll need to add is fresh milk. 

Optional extra: Set of 4 wooden cheese knives

The Cheesemaker's Kit XL contains

- Cheesemaking ingredients for 40 litres of cheese
- Vegetarian rennet
- Digital thermometer
- 2 x cheese baskets
- Reusable muslin cheesecloth 
- Disposable gloves
- Mozzarella, chèvre (goat's cheese), mascarpone, halloumi & ricotta recipe cards

All you'll need to add is fresh milk. 

The Vegan Cheesemaker's Kit contains

- Vegan cheesemaking ingredients for 40 litres of cheese
- Digital thermometer
- Reusable muslin cheesecloth 
- Disposable gloves
- Vegan recipe cards - mozzarella, feta-style cheese, halloumi, parmesan, ricotta

All you'll need to add is macadamias/cashews & unsweetened almond milk.
