Even before tasting this coffee, we could tell it was something special. The green beans had a mouthwatering aroma, like tinned peaches or fruit salad, which only became more intense after roasting and brewing.

The flavour is bright and juicy, blending the concentrated sweetness of freeze-dried strawberries with the freshness of a summer punnet of berries. It has a silky, mango-like mouthfeel that’s smooth and luscious, with a hint of syrupy tinned fruit. The acidity is gentle and perfectly balanced, adding to the coffee’s juiciness—like how a squeeze of lemon can make fresh strawberries taste even sweeter.

Best served black, we love this coffee through a V60 or a Chemex, but it will work on any filter method of your choice.
